Date Night....

Our last day....boooooooooo!!!!!

MDR for breaky with a great seat by the port hole. A rocky night and a pretty crappy day weather wise. How you can be so exhausted when you've done so little for seven days?? Today we all went our own way and chilled out.

 

Tonight was dubbed date night as we had all been eating together and the couples decided they needed their own night. So Katie and I had our date at Giovanni's Table, one of the premium restaurants on the ship. Whe. I say premium, I mean we had to pay $20/head and we ordered three starters, a main each and dessert. Bloody good Italian!! And another birthday cake!

 

We started our first night at the Solarium Bar on Deck 16 and our plan was to end the trip there. Flick and Mos are off to Europe, whilst Ben, Amber, Katie and I are off to Orlando. However, to our dismay, the bar was closed so we moved our departure to the On Air Bar. Just I. Time for the Kamikaze Karaoke Kompetition. They needed three male and three female singers and no one was getting up, so I entered. We each had to sing 30 secs or so of a song that was determined by the spin of a wheel. I was last up and had to sing Amy Winehouse's Rehab.

 

Thanks to my support crew and the incredibly loud Amber, I made it through to the second round. On spinning the wheel I ended up with the Fisherman's Song. When suggesting that I had no idea, not being American, I was told it was a country song and to figure it out. So I sang in my best country twang and embellished where I could. AND I WON!!!!!!!

 

2013 Allure of the Seas Kamikaze Karaoke Champion!!!! Woop woop!!!!
