Breakfast at Johnny Rockets. Disembarked and welcome to Haiti. And welcome to hot and steamy!!
Markets and touts aplenty. I'm pretty useless at not responding to a hello, so I was a little inudated with offers to by hats, scarves (!!In this weather!!), carvings, ceramics and you name it!!
Labadee is a completely manufactured version of Haiti, but the Caribbean Sea is the Caribbean Sea!! A dip of my feet in the sea at Colombia Cove was divine. The water is so warm.
After a quick look at Adrenaline Beach, with zip lines over the water, it was back on board for cocktails by the pool. We have "our" pool and "our" area and we have hardly moved from there!! When you're on a good thing....
Dinner was in The Main Dining Room, a pretty amazing sight with three levels of dining. Service is amazing and we have a great server, Tyare, and our drinks waiter, Rueben. They looked after us, especially Rueben with drinks!! Dude was trying to get us drunk!! After dinner we went to the Floating Bar which "floats" between level six to eight.
After drinks, it's always a good idea to jump on a carousel.....
Pool and spa on the repeat cycle. Off to bed and to watch a lightning storm from our deck..
